As all our members already aware, we have been working on screening fake accounts.
During the process, we have received many questions about the account deletion issue of how the accounts has been deleted.
Here are three steps of how we have screened your accounts.
1. Auto email screening
We have sent out an email for consecutive days to confirm that your email address is active.
If it shows that account is inactive or have an error, we confirmed that email as a ‘FAKE’ email (ID).
2. Fake account’s referrals’ screening
The account that has a fake account as a referral is also considered as fake, since they tried to cheat by creating fake account to obtain more Moija coins.
3. Duplicate link screening
When there are accounts that has a same Facebook link, or if it has a broken link, we have kept the account but deleted all the coins in the account.
To prove that your account is NOT fake, please send us an email using your referrals’ email address including your account information.
